Childhood Cancer Canada

Applications are due no later than Friday, June 14, 2013 at 5 PM EST.

$1,500 Childhood Cancer Canada Survivor Scholarship

The Childhood Cancer Canada Survivor Scholarship ($1,500) is open to students who:

• Have been treated (or are currently being treated) for childhood cancer (diagnosis must have occurred before your 19^th birthday). Letter from oncologist or current physician is required.
• Will be entering (or will be continuing enrolment) at a Canadian post-secondary institution (any university, college, or vocational training program) in the 2013/2014 academic year. Confirmation of enrolment is required.
• Are residents of, and currently residing in, Canada.
   

$5,000 TEVA Canada Scholarship

The TEVA Canada Scholarship ($5,000) is open to students who:

• Have been treated (or are currently being treated) for childhood cancer (diagnosis must have occurred before your 19^th birthday). Letter from oncologist or current physician is required.
• Will be entering (or will be continuing enrolment) at a Canadian university in the fields of pharmacy, medicine, or health sciences in the 2013/2014 academic year. Confirmation of enrolment is required.
• Are residents of, and currently residing in, Canada.
