You can make a huge difference just by getting your friends and community together.

Simply hold a coffee morning, an afternoon tea party or a summer day ice tea stand and raise some money (and raise some good cheer!) for the 10,000 Canadian children affected by cancer.

Planning an Event is Simple

Holding a fundraising Event is as easy as 1, 2, 3

1. Pick a date - whatever works for you and your friends

2. Choose your event - you can hold your event at home, work or at a club you belong to.

Once you have decided on your event and date download and complete an Event Application Form and begin the Registration process.

3. Send invitations - the internet makes it easy - email, facebook or send traditional invites. Put up posters to remind people the event is coming and let everyone know it is for a very important cause. Use email, intranet, posters, press releases, local radio to generate interest and sponsorship

Holding a Tea/ Coffee Party is Fun

Leading up to the event, ask your friends for donations on your web page. In addition, you can put out a collection box along with your tea/ coffee and a selection of baked goods.

Wrap Up

After you have cleaned up all you have to do is send in the monies you have raised. You can do this online, call us with a Visa or MasterCard number or send us a cheque. Please don't forget to send us a photo of your event so we can brag about you!
