Senior Specialist, Communications & Public Affairs

The Senior Specialist, Communications & Public Affairs, plays a dual role: advancing CCC’s public affairs agenda across Canada and supporting clear, impactful communications that engage families, donors, and stakeholders. 

Reporting to the Director of Development, this role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who can build relationships, communicate with purpose, and mobilize communities. This position will be a key contributor to storytelling and written communications that elevate awareness and drive impact and help expand CCC’s national advocacy and public affairs program, support government relations initiatives. 

Program & Development Assistant

This is a 6-month contract position with the potential opportunity to become full time, permanent at the end of the contract if the business need remains and for the right candidate who demonstrates proficiency over the contract period.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program plays a vital role in supporting CCC’s mission by providing essential administrative and fundraising support. The position is primarily focused on coordinating and supporting program delivery and fundraising events, with additional light office management responsibilities.
